SeventhCore ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AheadMe mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address (for authentication and account recovery)
• Password (stored securely by our authentication service; we do not have access to your plaintext password)

Profile Information

You may optionally provide:

• Nickname
• Age
• Gender
• Occupation
• Current weight
• Lifestyle (morning person / night owl / irregular)
• Future self settings (target age, target weight, free-form description of your ideal state)
• Notification tone preference (strict / normal / gentle)
• Language preference

Task Data

When you create tasks, we collect:

• Task name
• Scheduled date and time
• Repeat settings (daily / weekday / weekend / once)

Automatically Generated Data

• AI-generated notification messages (main and fallback) based on your profile and task data
• These messages are generated by an external AI service and stored in our database service

Technical Data

• Device tokens for push notifications (Apple Push Notification service)
• Authentication tokens (stored locally on your device in Keychain)
• Subscription purchase and expiration dates (provided by Apple via StoreKit 2)

Tracking

The App does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA). We do not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core functionality
• Generate personalized notification messages using AI
• Send push notifications at your scheduled times
• Authenticate your account and secure your data
• Improve the App's features and user experience
• Manage subscription validity

AI-Generated Content

The App uses an external AI service to generate notification messages.

Information Sent to the AI Service

The following profile and task information is sent to the AI service:

• Nickname
• Age / Gender / Occupation
• Current weight / Lifestyle
• Target age / Target weight / Free-form ideal state description
• Notification tone preference / Language preference
• Task name

Information NOT Sent to the AI Service

• Email address
• Password
• Authentication tokens
• Device tokens
• User ID

The AI service provider's data usage policy applies to this processing. Because the AI service's servers are located in the United States, data transfer outside of Japan occurs during this processing.

Data Storage and Security

• Authentication data: Managed by our authentication service in the Asia Pacific (Tokyo) region
• Task and profile data: Stored in our database service in the Asia Pacific (Tokyo) region with encryption at rest
• Authentication tokens: Stored locally in your device's Keychain
• Communication: All data is transmitted over TLS 1.2 or higher encryption

Your data is isolated by user ID, ensuring that no other user can access your information.

Data Retention

• Your data is retained as long as your account is active
• You can delete individual tasks from within the App at any time (deletions take effect immediately)
• Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account; data is retained to allow restoration if you resubscribe
• To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at aheadme.support@seventhcore.dev. We will fully delete your data from our servers within 30 days of receiving your request
• Audit logs (such as authentication logs) are retained for the period required by applicable laws

Third-Party Services

We use the following categories of third-party services:

• Authentication service (Amazon Web Services) — Tokyo region
• Database service (Amazon Web Services) — Tokyo region
• Server-side processing service (Amazon Web Services) — Tokyo region
• AI notification generation service (OpenAI, LLC) — United States
• Push notification delivery service (Apple Inc.)
• Subscription billing service (Apple Inc.)

Specific service names, endpoints, and other technical details are withheld for security reasons. We will disclose them individually upon legal disclosure requests.

International Data Transfer

Because the AI notification generation service is operated in the United States, profile information and task names sent for AI generation are processed on servers outside of Japan. We process data with the provider under industry-standard data processing agreements.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data (including account deletion)

Children's Privacy

AheadMe is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, we will promptly delete the account and associated data. Parents who become aware that their child has created an account in error should contact us at the address above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
